Registration Fees

* Conference fees include access to all scientific sessions, the ice-breaker event, coffee and lunch breaks and the official conference dinner.

** Conference fees do not include the optional field trip (scheduled for Friday, 25/9) or any other social events that may be arranged.

1. Reduced fees apply to all students (undergraduate, MSc, and PhD). To verify eligibility, applicants must upload to the registration form a PDF file containing ONE of the following:

(a) a certificate from their University confirming current student status, or

(b) a scan of a student ID card indicating the relevant academic year, or

(c) a screenshot from the University’s website where the applicant is clearly identifiable as a student (e.g., personal profile page).

2. Participants whose main affiliation is in a country classified by the World Bank as a low- or middle-income economy are also eligible for the reduced registration fee.

3. Emeritus participants must provide proof of retirement.

4. Accompanying persons can be registered by conference participants during the online registration process. Their registration includes access to the ice-breaker and the official conference dinner; access to scientific sessions, coffee breaks, and lunches is not included.

Optional Field Trip

An optional field trip to explore Cyprus is scheduled on 25 September 2026

Cancellation/Refund Policy for Registration

In the event that you cancel your registration, you must notify the organizer by sending an email to synedrio@topkinisis.com.

The following cancellation policy will apply:

• 50% refunds (net of bank charges) will be provided against written cancellations received by 31 August, 2026
• No refunds will be provided after 31 August, 2026
